Discussion questions:
- What are some ways power has shaped how people participate in projects you’ve been on or witnessed? What are some ways power has been redistributed?
    - What has accountability and ownership looked like or felt like on projects you’ve been on? (Doesn’t have to be a design project)
- To fully achieve community power, control, and ownership of a project, what conditions (people, process, scope, etc) need to be true on a project in order to happen?
    - What are ways to do that in existing systems without being extractive of people’s time and resources?
- How does an enterprise or organization escape the incentives and pressures of the systemic factors (e.g., economies of scale) that produce solutions for the most profitable group of users?
